Singapore F1: Ballot opens for Thursday Pit Lane Experience, with up to 4,500 fans eligible

Formula 1 fans in Singapore can enter a ballot for a rare close-up look at the teams preparing for the Singapore Grand Prix. The Thursday Pit Lane Experience will let up to 4,500 people walk through the pit lane at Marina Bay Street Circuit on Oct. 8.

Visitors will be able to view team garages and cars at close range before the circuit park officially opens for the race weekend. They can also explore the Zone 1 F1 Village and join interactive activities that evening.

The ballot is open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents, and applicants do not need a race-weekend ticket to take part. Each successful applicant will receive two tickets. Entries close at 11:59 p.m. Singapore time on Sept. 18, and successful applicants will be notified separately through the official website.

The event forms part of the Singapore Grand Prix’s RevUpSG programme, which gives fans ways to engage with Formula 1 beyond the main race weekend. The 2026 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix will take place at Marina Bay from Oct. 9 to 11. A sprint race is scheduled for Oct. 10, followed by the main night race on Oct. 11.
