The agency stated that they explored various options, including relocating the venue and rescheduling the performance. However, after careful consideration of operational challenges, venue availability, and system limitations, they concluded that proceeding with the concert as planned was not feasible. This led to the unavoidable decision to cancel the event entirely.

They emphasized that they exhausted all possible avenues to fulfill their promise to the audience but were ultimately forced to make this difficult choice due to circumstances beyond their control.
