Singer Ratu Balqis Asks Public to Spare Her Family From Online Attacks

Singer Ratu Balqis has publicly appealed for her family members to be shielded from online insults and criticism, emphasizing that her humble upbringing has never been a source of shame.

I know I was not born into a rich family and I have always lived a simple life. But one thing my parents gave me was something that cannot be bought with money, namely respect, good values and a loving heart.

Balqis, 27, whose real name is Nor Balqis Ahmad Tajudin, acknowledged her modest background. She shared on Threads that her parents instilled in her values that money cannot buy: respect, good morals, and a loving heart. She has consistently worked hard, using her earnings from singing to support and care for her parents, and she is not ashamed of her origins.

The singer implored individuals with grievances to address them directly to her, rather than involving her family. "Do not insult my family. If you have a problem with anyone, just take it out on me," she stated, asking that her parents, siblings, and child be left out of any disputes.
