SK AX partners with SAP to drive 'AI-native' business transformation

SK AX is joining forces with German software giant SAP to accelerate the transition of businesses into 'AI-native' enterprises. The two companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at SAP's headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, to strengthen their cooperation in AI-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business.

The core of this collaboration lies in combining SAP's enterprise AI technology with SK AX's accumulated expertise in designing and operating AI transformations across various industries. The companies plan to implement 'agentic AI' across all aspects of corporate operations, including ERP systems, aiming to significantly increase work productivity and speed up decision-making processes.

SK AX CEO Kim Wan-jong emphasized the company's role in leading 'AX innovation,' which involves fundamentally redesigning business processes and integrating AI to enhance client competitiveness. He stated that this strategic partnership with SAP will serve as a crucial foundation for future growth and innovation in the AI-driven business landscape.
