Tallinn's city center is set to become home to some of Estonia's most exclusive and expensive residential properties. The Eedu high-rise building, currently under construction, will feature luxury apartments alongside a new campus for the Estonian Business School (EBS), a hotel, and office spaces.

Metro Capital, the developer behind the project, stated that the luxury apartments were planned from the outset as part of the overall financing model for the development. The company has been pleasantly surprised by the strong interest shown in these high-end units.

"We are not considering the possibility that the apartments might remain unsold or that we would have to lower prices," said Elu24 to the sales manager responsible for the apartment sales. This confidence stems from the fact that approximately half of the luxury apartments have already been sold, indicating a robust demand for premium housing in the capital.

The development aims to create a vibrant mixed-use complex, integrating educational, hospitality, and residential functions. The success of the luxury apartment sales suggests a strong market for high-value real estate in Tallinn, with buyers eager to secure a prime location in the heart of the city.
