SmartCrowd Secures Record Dhs19.3 Million Offer for Dubai Hills Villa

The MENA region's first digital real estate investment platform, SmartCrowd, has achieved a significant milestone by securing a record offer of 19.3 million dirhams for a five-bedroom villa in Sidra 3, Dubai Hills Estate.

This particular villa is part of SmartCrowd's innovative 'Flip' investment strategy. This approach allows investors to collectively access properties that are undervalued, enabling them to benefit from renovation and resale opportunities across Dubai.

Once the transaction is finalized, this sale will establish a new benchmark for the wider Sidra community. It is projected to surpass the previous record of 14.7 million dirhams for a Sidra 3 property by a substantial 31%, even while the villa is still undergoing renovation.
