Some Iki stores in Lithuania to change operating hours from September

Retail chain Iki is adjusting the operating hours for several of its stores across Lithuania, effective September 1. This change marks a shift from the extended hours previously offered during the peak summer season.

The stores located in the coastal towns of Šventoji, Nida, and Palanga will revert to their standard autumn schedules starting next month. These locations typically extend their hours during the summer to accommodate the influx of tourists and holidaymakers.

Following suit, the Iki store in Anykščiai will also see its operating hours modified, beginning October 1. This adjustment is also part of the seasonal transition as the holiday period concludes and daily routines normalize.

The company stated that these changes are a return to the usual working times that align with the needs of the local population during the autumn months, after the summer tourism season winds down.
