South-East Youths condemn alleged SEDC ‘Media Trial’, reaffirm confidence in Okoye

According to the NYCN, the committee's approach during the appearance before the National Assembly was inappropriate and damaging. The group expressed significant concern over how the commission's leadership was treated, suggesting it amounted to a public shaming rather than a fair inquiry.

Despite the controversy, the South-East youths reaffirmed their unwavering confidence in the leadership of the SEDC. They specifically highlighted their support for Okoye, indicating a belief in his ability to effectively lead the commission.
