Spain's Sanchez rules out responsibility of Moroccan authorities in migrant surge

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez ruled out responsibility by Moroccan authorities for the sudden influx of migrants who arrived in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta a month ago.

Speaking to Cadena Ser radio, Sanchez said intelligence services that normally cooperate with the Spanish government had not cast doubt on Moroccan involvement in the episode.
