Neo-fascist activist Isabel Peralta caused a stir outside the Moroccan Embassy in Spain by performing a Nazi salute during a protest related to the migrant crisis in Ceuta. The gesture, met with applause from supporters, reignited controversy surrounding her repeated history of hate speech and public provocations.

Peralta, who has been linked to far-right organizations, stated that she was punished for warning the Spanish government that "Spain was being invaded." She questioned whether fines and prisons could stop what she described as the Spanish people's right "to exist." She issued a violent warning, suggesting that if the goal was to stop them, authorities should "start with bullets in the neck instead of wasting their time." Judges rejected her defense's argument that her statements were political criticism of government migration policies. Instead, the court found her remarks exceeded freedom of expression by publicly promoting discrimination based on national origin and religion. The ruling highlighted Peralta's prominent role within Bastión Frontal, a group described as a far-right organization.
