Kristjan Keskula, who posted the appeal on social media, described the victim as a capable individual who had achieved independence, only to become the target of this "malicious youth gang." He urged bystanders to intervene if they witness bullying or report it to the authorities. The employer's post highlights the distress and vulnerability of the victim, emphasizing the need for community support.

In response to the incident, a representative from the Police and Border Guard Board (PPA) acknowledged the situation. The police stated that young people prone to bullying are themselves struggling and are in need of assistance, much like their victims.
