Study reveals which professions have sex most often, and who experiences the most orgasms

Healthcare professionals lead the pack when it comes to frequency of sexual activity, according to a UK study. These professionals, including doctors, dentists, and nurses, reported having sex an average of 3.6 times per week. They are closely followed by those in finance (3.6 times) and HR/recruitment (3.5 times).

Interestingly, while artists and designers have sex less frequently than healthcare workers, averaging 2.7 times per week, they report the highest number of orgasms. Artists and designers achieve an average of 4.4 orgasms weekly, significantly more than other professions. Other professions with high orgasm rates include plumbers/electricians (3.1), accountants (3.6), retail workers (3.4), and IT professionals (3.3).

The study, conducted by Bed SOS, also shed light on orgasm disparities. While 98% of men experience orgasm at least once a week, with an average of 3.7 times, nearly one in ten women never reach orgasm, despite having sex 3.2 times weekly on average. The research suggests that 80% of women have faked an orgasm.

Orgasm offers numerous health benefits, including stress relief, tension release, improved sleep, pain management through endorphin release, brain stimulation, and a more youthful appearance. The study underscores the importance of sexual satisfaction and highlights potential areas for improvement in sexual health and education.
