Supporting Quality Education, Proposing Inventory Program for Remote Schools

The Generasi Emas Institute is championing a new initiative to bolster Indonesia's human resources by focusing on educational development in remote areas. The institute has proposed an "Inventory Program for 3T Schools," aiming to identify and map educational institutions in the country's most underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost regions.

Pangeran Mangkubumi, founder of Generasi Emas Institute, stressed the critical role of education as an "investment in civilization." He highlighted the importance of ensuring that all students and educators receive equitable rights and educational facilities, particularly those in the challenging 3T regions.

"We are proposing the Inventory Program for 3T Schools. We will map which schools in Indonesia fall into the 3T category. Then, our research findings will be collaborated through a pentahelix scheme. We believe building Indonesia must be a shared responsibility," Pangeran stated in a press release in Jakarta on Tuesday (August 4, 2026).

The institute's vision for inventorying 3T schools and fostering collaboration through the pentahelix model received support from participants at a forum group discussion in Malang, East Java, on Monday (August 3, 2026). The discussion, themed "Demographic Bonus and the Future of Indonesian Democracy," brought together various community members to deliberate on the nation's development path.
