Surfing in Kebayas: Bali Celebrates Kartini Day with Unique Event

In a vibrant celebration of Indonesian culture and women's empowerment, Bali hosted the 'Kartini Go Surf 2026' event, where female surfers showcased their skills and spirit at Kuta Beach. The event saw 20 participants, including six individuals with hearing impairments and one Japanese national, all embracing the spirit of Kartini by surfing while wearing traditional Indonesian kebaya.
