Malaysian Member of Parliament Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman has announced his upcoming marriage to singer Bella Astillah, with the wedding set for October 10. The ceremony will take place at the Merdeka 118 tower, a skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur, and will be the first wedding held at the venue. The event will feature a white and Islamic theme, as per the families' requests.

Syed Saddiq, 34, shared that the date was the earliest possible for preparations, expressing his gratitude for the well wishes and advice he has received. "October is the month we will start a new life," he stated during a special program on MeleTOP.

The couple, who became engaged on March 28, also plans to hold reception ceremonies in their respective hometowns of Muar and Sabah later in October. A special video was released alongside the announcement, showcasing the couple discussing their dreams of marriage. In the video, Bella expressed her desire for a loyal partner, saying, "I am not looking for perfection, just someone who is loyal forever."
