Systech appointed Malaysian distributor for Kingbase database software

Systech Bhd. is expanding its enterprise software offerings with the appointment of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Systech Digital Solutions Sdn. Bhd., as a non-exclusive distributor for Kingbase database software in Malaysia. This strategic move was formalized through the Malaysia Master Distributor Agreement signed with China Electronics Technology Kingbase (Beijing) Technologies Inc. (CETKBT).

Under this agreement, Systech Digital gains the authority to market and sell Kingbase's database software products within Malaysia, subject to agreed customer and regional arrangements. CETKBT will provide Systech Digital with essential support, including promotional materials, product documentation, channel support, and regular training on product knowledge, solutions, sales capabilities, and market insights.

Database software is a fundamental component of digital systems and this appointment adds another important element to the company's enterprise technology portfolio.

This appointment provides Systech Group with an additional avenue to market and distribute database software, leveraging its existing customer network and distribution capabilities. It also complements Systech's current offerings in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and broader digital transformation solutions.

He believes the Kingbase distribution adds a crucial element to the company's enterprise technology portfolio. "Kingbase's database software provides another solution we can bring to customers through our existing network, while complementing our broader digital transformation capabilities," he said in a statement. Systech Digital will dedicate specific resources to manage the Kingbase business and actively promote the products in Malaysia. The agreement is effective until December 31, 2027, with the potential for renewal.
