T.C. Ağrı Cadastral Court

The T.C. Ağrı Cadastral Court has issued a public announcement concerning a cadastral dispute case, identified by case number 2025/31. The notice is directed towards the heirs of a deceased defendant, Mamo Zengi.

Specifically, the court is seeking to notify Mantika Zengi, identified as an heir of Mamo Zengi, and subsequently her heir, Uğur Çelik. A decision was made to add Uğur Çelik to the case file and issue a summons for the hearing date. However, due to the unknown address of the heir and the failure to establish a usable address despite extensive searches, the court has decided to serve the summons through public announcement.

Uğur Çelik, son of Kemal and Mantika, born on October 25, 1976, is required to appear at the Ağrı Courthouse Cadastral Courtroom on September 17, 2026, at 09:30. Alternatively, he may be represented by a legal proxy. Failure to comply will result in the hearing date being considered officially served to Uğur Çelik 15 days after the publication of this notice. The trial will then proceed in his absence, in accordance with Article 147 of Law No. 6100 on Civil Procedure.
