T20 stars headline DP World ILT20 Season 5 pre-auction signings

The upcoming fifth season of the DP World International League T20 (ILT20) is set to feature an explosive batting lineup with the pre-auction signings of T20 superstars Finn Allen, David Miller, and Heinrich Klaasen. These high-profile acquisitions promise to significantly boost the batting firepower of their respective franchises.

Allen, a dynamic batter, will represent the Abu Dhabi Knight Riders (ADKR). Meanwhile, Miller and Klaasen, both known for their destructive hitting, are set to join the Gulf Giants. This marks the maiden appearance for all three players in the DP World ILT20.

Adding further star power, Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis returns to the tournament with the Dubai Capitals after a three-year hiatus. The league also sees the return of established T20 icons such as Jason Holder, Sunil Narine, Shimron Hetmyer, Rovman Powell, Mustafizur Rahman, Nicholas Pooran, Rashid Khan, Romario Shepherd, and Sikandar Raza, who are rejoining their franchises from Season 4. Defending champions Desert Vipers have retained key players Andries Gous and Dan Lawrence, while the Gulf Giants have welcomed back Azmatullah Omarzai and Blessing Muzarabani to their camp.
