Teenagers clash violently on Ho Chi Minh City street

A shocking video has emerged showing a chaotic street fight involving a group of teenagers near Cong Ly Bridge in Ho Chi Minh City. The 12-second clip, which began circulating widely on July 4, depicts a violent brawl on Hoang Sa Street, sparking public outrage.

The footage captures two groups of youths clashing aggressively. One individual falls to the ground and is then swarmed by others, subjected to punches and kicks. A young man is seen repeatedly striking the fallen person with a piece of wood. Two motorcycles are also seen overturned in the middle of the street.

Witnesses reported that the incident occurred on the afternoon of June 26. A group of over a dozen youths on motorcycles and electric bikes had gathered near the bridge, leading to a dispute that escalated into a physical fight. "They are very young, ganging up on four other youths very brutally. Some were injured, with blood on their faces," one witness recounted.

Local police from Xuan Hoa Ward quickly arrived at the scene to restore order and took several individuals involved to the station for questioning. A police representative confirmed the incident was being handled promptly since June 26, not recently as the video's timing might suggest. Initial investigations indicate the participants are primarily between 14 and 16 years old, and the fight stemmed from a spontaneous conflict without causing severe injuries. Authorities are working to identify and apprehend the remaining individuals seen in the video for legal action.
