Telkom Announces New Board of Directors and Commissioners Following Annual Shareholder Meeting

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk has reshuffled its board of commissioners and directors after its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Monday, June 8, 2026. CEO Dian Siswarini announced that the company is committed to accelerating its TLKM 30 transformation strategy with discipline and measurable steps. The goal is to ensure these actions contribute to building a robust national digital ecosystem. "The decisions made in this RUPST reflect Telkom's commitment to continuously improve performance and create added value," Siswarini stated in a written release. She highlighted that the company has proven its fundamental business remains strong, with increasingly robust cash flow. "Therefore, the shareholders' decision to approve the dividend today reflects confidence in the transformation and growth direction we are building," she added. The RUPST also appointed a new lineup for the Board of Commissioners, including Angga Raka Prabowo as Chief Commissioner. Several Independent Commissioners were also named, such as Deswandhy Agusman, Anthony Leong, Ira Noviarti, and Rofikoh Rokhim. Rizal Mallarangeng, Edwin Hidayat Abdullah, and Ossy Dermawan were appointed as Commissioners. In the Board of Directors, Dian Siswarini continues as CEO, with Veranita Yosephine as Director of Enterprise & Business Service and Willy Saelan as Director of Human Capital Management. Arthur Angelo Syailendra will serve as Director of Finance & Risk Management, Nanang Hendarno as Director of Network, and Seno Soemadji as Director of Strategic Business Development & Portfolio. Budi Satria Dharma Purba is the Director of Wholesale & International Service, Faizal R. Djoemadi is the Director of IT Digital, and Andy Kelana is the Director of Legal & Compliance.
