Following a recent terror attack that occurred during Berlin's Christopher Street Day (CSD) celebrations, Governing Mayor Kai Wegner has advocated for the establishment of a memorial to honor the victims. The attack, which took place in the Tiergarten area, saw a perpetrator drive a van into a crowd, resulting in one fatality and 31 injuries, some severe.
