In the race for a U.S. Senate seat, the poll indicates a tighter contest, with a technical tie between Republican John Cornyn (Paxton is likely a typo for Cornyn, as he is the incumbent Senator) and Democrat Royce West (Talarico is likely a typo for West, as he is the Democratic candidate).
