Thessaloniki: Shocking video documentary of 24-year-old hit by bus

A serious traffic accident occurred early Tuesday morning in Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, Greece, when a 24-year-old woman was struck by a bus as she attempted to cross the street. The incident, captured on video, shows the moment the woman was hit by a KTEL bus operating on the OASTH routes.

The injured woman suffered a leg fracture and was transported to Papageorgiou Hospital, where she is currently being treated. KTEL Thessaloniki issued a statement regarding the accident, explaining that the incident happened shortly before the bus arrived at the "Church" stop. They stated that the young woman attempted to cross the road directly in front of the moving vehicle, leaving the driver unable to react in time.
