Three dead in serious motorcycle crash on Song Xoai street in Ho Chi Minh City

Three young men lost their lives in a severe traffic accident on Song Xoai street in Ho Chi Minh City late on May 23rd. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the collision, which involved two motorcycles. The incident took place in Tan Thanh ward, Phu My city. A local resident reported hearing a loud noise around 11:27 p.m. and seeing the aftermath. "I saw the traffic accident but didn't dare to go out and look," the resident, identified as Mr. C., recounted. He immediately alerted the neighborhood leader. Upon arrival, police found two motorcycles, with license plates 72E1 - 742xx and 72T1 - 43xx, severely damaged and near each other. "The scene was terrifying, three young men lay motionless at the scene, one was still on the motorcycle," Mr. C. described. Emergency services transported the injured to Ba Ria General Hospital, but the third victim succumbed to their injuries shortly after. The investigation into the cause of this tragic accident is ongoing.
