Three IPNU IPPNU Branches Hold Joint Trainer and Instructor Training in Depok

The regional branches of the Indonesian Muslim Student Association (IPNU) and the Indonesian Muslim Female Student Association (IPPNU) in Depok, Bekasi City, and Bekasi Regency have united for a joint training event. Held in Depok on July 4, 2026, the initiative combined a Trainer Training (Latpel) and an Instructor Training (Latin) program.

This strategic continuation of the organization's cadre development aims to bring together the best young leaders from the three areas into a single training forum. The event, themed "Transformation Coddres, Emmpposering Future," attracted dozens of participants representing sub-district and local branches. These individuals are being prepared to serve as trainers and instructors for formal IPNU IPPNU training programs within their respective regions.

Latpel and Latin are designed to cultivate organizational human resources skilled in training and instruction. Participants gain the ability to design, facilitate, and evaluate cadre development activities such as Makesta, Lakmud, and Lakut. They also enhance their methodological capacity for delivering material on NU (Nahdlatul Ulama) principles, IPNU IPPNU organizational knowledge, and leadership.

The collaborative effort between the three branches is intended to foster stronger regional synergy, harmonize training curriculum standards, and broaden the cadre network across Depok and the wider Bekasi region. Organizers hope this initiative will produce high-quality trainers and instructors capable of ensuring the continuous and sustainable development of IPNU IPPNU cadres in these areas, potentially serving as a model for other branches nationwide.
