Emergency services received initial reports concerning a fire in a restaurant and a separate elevator accident within the mall. Security forces, Civil Protection units, and ambulances were promptly dispatched to the scene.

The Health Ministry spokesman, Hossam Abdel-Ghaffar, confirmed that eight ambulances were deployed. Eleven of the injured were transported to Cairo’s New Cairo Specialized Hospital, while six others received treatment at nearby medical facilities. All injured individuals are currently receiving emergency care and are under close medical observation.
