Three Killed in Moscow Restaurant Explosion

According to RIA Novosti, the explosion was caused by an unidentified woman who was attempting to bring an explosive device into the restaurant. The device reportedly detonated, killing a security guard who tried to stop her, the woman herself, and a restaurant patron.
