Three Kuwaiti Citizens Arrested in Kuwait with Cocaine, Hashish and Psychotropic Pills

Kuwait's General Department for Drug Control has arrested three Kuwaiti citizens in possession of significant quantities of narcotics and psychotropic substances. The arrests are part of the Ministry of Interior's continuous campaign against drug trafficking.

Intensive investigations and surveillance operations led officers to the suspects. During the operation, authorities seized 1.5 kilograms of cocaine, 700 grams of hashish, and 5,000 psychotropic capsules. An electronic weighing scale, used for packaging and distribution, was also confiscated.

The ministry stated that the operation underscores its commitment to dismantling drug trafficking networks within the country. The seized materials and the arrested individuals have been handed over to the relevant legal authorities. Kuwait's Ministry of Interior reaffirmed its strict stance against drug-related crimes, emphasizing zero tolerance for activities threatening national security and citizen safety.
