Three minors indicted for threatening two others into performing sexual acts on each other

Three minors, aged 13 and 14, from Beersheba have been indicted on charges of threatening and coercing two other minors into performing sexual acts on each other while filming the incident. The indictment, filed with the Beersheba District Court, details a disturbing episode that allegedly occurred over approximately two hours.

According to prosecutors, the main defendant summoned the complainants, who were returning home from a park. The defendants, who were allegedly present with a kitchen knife and consuming alcohol, then subjected the two minors to severe abuse. This included threats with a knife, with the weapon reportedly held against one complainant's neck on at least four occasions, and physical assault by another defendant.

The indictment further alleges that the main defendant deleted applications from one victim's cellphone to prevent him from being located. During the ordeal, the defendants allegedly filmed the acts and mocked the complainants, continuing their actions despite resistance and pleas to stop. The severity of the alleged actions, including the exploitation of fear to degrade and humiliate the victims, is highlighted in the prosecution's request to detain the main defendant.

After the incident, the defendants allegedly returned the victims' belongings and issued threats against them and their families if they disclosed what had happened. The complainants, visibly frightened, reported the incident to their parents, leading to the indictment. The prosecution emphasized the defendant's persistence in achieving his objective despite the victims' distress.
