Three missing family members found dead in San Luis Potosí; one arrested

Three people who had been reported missing have been found dead and buried inside a property in Santa María del Río, San Luis Potosí. The discovery was made by the State Attorney General's Office (FGESLP) following an investigation into their disappearance on July 28.

Agents of the Investigative Police (PDI) located the property on Hidalgo street where the bodies of a woman and two men were found. These individuals had been missing since late July.

Forensic personnel processed the scene to collect evidence that will help clarify the events. The bodies were transferred to the Vice-Prosecutor's Office for Scientific Studies to officially determine the causes of death and identify the victims.

As part of the initial investigation, the PDI arrested one person identified as a suspect allegedly responsible for the events. Preliminary reports suggest the deceased may include elderly individuals and the father of the detained person, though the FGESLP has yet to officially confirm the victims' identities or the circumstances surrounding their deaths. Investigations are ongoing to gather more information.
