Top Military, Police Chiefs Meet at DPR to Discuss Security Ahead of Independence Day

Indonesia's top military and police officials convened at the House of Representatives (DPR) on Monday for a crucial coordination meeting focused on bolstering security ahead of the nation's 79th Independence Day celebrations on August 17th. Commander of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) General Agus Subiyanto and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo were present at the meeting, which was led by Deputy Speaker of the DPR Sufmi Dasco Ahmad.
