Trabzonspor coach Fatih Tekke on Mohamed Salah: Will he play against Kasımpaşa?

Trabzonspor's Technical Director, Fatih Tekke, has lauded new signing Mohamed Salah, describing him as one of the world's top three footballers. Tekke highlighted Salah's significant career in the Premier League and stated that his mere association with Trabzonspor is highly valuable.

"Salah is one of the best 3 names in the world, in my opinion. He has one of the most important careers in Premier League history," Tekke said. He added that while Salah's presence boosts confidence, football is a team sport that cannot be won by a single individual. The coach also provided updates on other players, confirming that Noah Saviolo's injury sustained during the Göztepe match does not appear to be serious.

However, Tim Jabol-Folcarelli faces a longer layoff. "Tim, on the other hand, will be our toughest player when the ball is with the opponent. He looks like he'll be out for at least 1.5 months," Tekke stated. Despite the setback, he expressed confidence in the team's ability to perform well, recalling their success with a smaller squad last season.

Regarding Salah's immediate future with the team, Tekke confirmed that it remains uncertain whether the star player will feature in Trabzonspor's Süper Lig opener against Kasımpaşa. "Whether Salah will be in the Kasımpaşa match is not yet clear," he announced.
