Trabzonspor coach Tekke hails Salah as 'top 3 player,' provides injury updates

Trabzonspor's Technical Director Fatih Tekke has lauded the club's new acquisition, Muhammed Salah, describing him as one of the top three players globally. Tekke emphasized Salah's significant career in the Premier League and stated that his mere association with Trabzonspor is highly valuable.

Tekke also addressed the status of injured players. Noah Saviolo, who left the recent match against Göztepe due to injury, is not believed to have a serious condition. However, Tim Jabol-Folcarelli faces a longer layoff, with Tekke estimating he will be out for at least 1.5 months. Despite these setbacks, Tekke expressed confidence in the team's ability to perform, recalling their success with a smaller squad last season.

The coach also commented on Salah's availability for the upcoming Süper Lig match against Kasımpaşa, stating that it is currently uncertain whether the new star will be ready to play. The team is managing player availability while integrating its new high-profile signing.
