Trabzonspor plans to sell three foreign players

Turkish football club Trabzonspor is actively working on player transfers, not only in terms of acquisitions but also in managing departures. Three foreign players – Denis Draguş, Batista Mendy, and John Lundstram – are reportedly on the verge of leaving the club.

These players participated in the new season's training camp with the team after spending the previous season on loan at various clubs. However, according to TRT Spor, they are not included in the club's strategic plans for the upcoming season. Trabzonspor's management is keen on securing transfer fees for these players.

The club's decision is also influenced by the objective to decrease the number of foreign players in the squad, aligning with new regulations. By facilitating the departures of Draguş, Mendy, and Lundstram, Trabzonspor aims to free up roster spots and manage its foreign player quota effectively.

Discussions with interested clubs are ongoing, and the players themselves are reportedly in talks with potential new teams. Trabzonspor hopes to finalize these departures before the end of the current training camp, allowing the players to join their new clubs promptly.
