Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Donald Trump held a closed-door meeting at the White House to discuss Iran, reportedly exploring three distinct options: a diplomatic agreement, intensified economic sanctions, or a large-scale military strike. An unnamed senior Israeli official revealed these discussions to Israeli media.

The official noted that while economic pressure on Tehran is escalating, the military option remains on the table. According to the source, Iran, currently weakened and deterred from direct confrontation, understands that any attack on Israel would be met with overwhelming force. Netanyahu reportedly stressed to Trump that Israel's main objective is to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons, not to instigate a military conflict.

Despite facing setbacks, including the deaths of approximately 20 nuclear scientists and damage to centrifuge facilities, Iran continues its uranium enrichment at the "Jabal al-Fa's" site. The official also stated that Iran's ballistic missile production capabilities have declined, though Tehran is estimated to still possess between 1,500 and 1,600 ballistic missiles. The report also confirmed that Iran's Supreme Leader, Mujtaba Khamenei, is alive, countering previous rumors of his death.

In a separate discussion, Netanyahu presented maps to Trump illustrating Israel's limited military presence in Syria, which Israel claims is solely for security purposes. Furthermore, Netanyahu has instructed Israeli security institutions to prepare plans for potential additional military operations in occupied West Bank refugee camps.
