Trump says he canceled planned Iran strikes

U.S. President Donald Trump announced on his Truth Social platform that he had agreed to cancel planned strikes against Iran. He stated that Iran and other Middle Eastern countries had requested the U.S. to hold back on attacks. Trump indicated he agreed to this request on the condition that the U.S. and Iran quickly reach an agreement.
