The legal challenge centers on Truth Social's "Truth API" service, announced in mid-July. This service aims to provide "licensed real-time access to posts from the most widely followed Truth Social accounts." Trump Media, the company behind Truth Social, stated that the service is primarily intended for stock traders and financial news providers who require split-second advantages during breaking news events.
