Trump threatens more Iran strikes amid regional tensions

President Donald Trump has escalated his threats against Iran, warning of more strikes as the U.S. pushes for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz. "We just want to win in Iran," Trump told reporters, signaling that U.S. military action would continue until Iran "can't take it anymore."

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt expressed frustration, stating Iran had broken a truce memorandum and engaged in "terrorist behavior." She added, "Iran will continue to pay until they come to the table in, what President Trump deems, a meaningful way."

The U.S. State Department issued new security alerts for Americans in 10 Middle Eastern countries, urging heightened caution due to rising tensions. The warnings cover Bahrain, Israel, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, advising citizens to prepare for potential travel disruptions.

Meanwhile, Kuwait's military reported responding to drone attacks that hit "vital facilities" without causing casualties. Separately, the British Navy confirmed a tanker was struck and another vessel experienced an explosion near the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has been repeatedly linked to attacks on vessels in the region.
