Tsimikas captains Liverpool for the first time in pre-season friendly

An early injury to starting captain Joe Gomez in the 8th minute led to the captain's armband being passed to Tsimikas. The 30-year-old left-back then led Liverpool's young defense until halftime, when he was substituted. Dominik Szoboszlai took over the captaincy in the second half.
