Tugu Insurance maintains international anti-bribery certification amid transparency demands

PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk (Tugu Insurance) has successfully retained its ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) certification for the fourth year in a row since 2021. The company views the reinforcement of corporate governance and risk management as crucial elements in maintaining stakeholder confidence, especially in an insurance industry facing increasing demands for transparency.

The ISO 37001:2016 certification, issued by TÜV SÜD Indonesia, covers two key strategic functions: procurement of goods and services, and claims services. To maintain this certification, Tugu Insurance underwent an external audit that included system evaluations, document reviews, and interviews with management.

In addition to upholding its anti-bribery certification, Tugu Insurance was honored with the "Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance – Ethics in Building Stakeholder Trust through Governance and Risk Excellence" award at The 5th Indonesia Excellence Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Awards 2026.
