Turkey's TOKİ housing project: Delivery dates announced for 500,000 social units

Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Minister Murat Kurum announced the delivery schedule. He stated that construction will be completed and homes handed over within a maximum of two years after the foundations are laid. This timeline indicates that TOKİ units in Istanbul are expected to be delivered starting in March 2027, continuing into early 2028.
