Turkish women's volleyball team defeats France in pre-championship friendly

The Turkish national women's volleyball team, known as the "Sultans of the Net," continued their preparations for the European Championship by defeating France in their third friendly match. The team secured a decisive victory, marking a clean sweep in their series against the French.

Playing in Antalya at the Gloria Sports Arena, the Turkish team won the match with set scores of 25-22, 21-25, 25-18, and 25-17. This victory extended their winning streak against France in the preparation phase to three matches. An additional exhibition set was also played, which Turkey won 25-16, further demonstrating their dominance.

Several key players were part of the squad that competed, including Elif Şahin, Hande Baladın, Sinead Jack-Kısal, Melissa Vargas, Saliha Şahin, Eda Erdem Dündar, and others. The team's consistent performance throughout these preparatory games indicates strong form as they approach the main European Championship competition.
