Two brothers shot during gas station argument in Turkey

An altercation at a gas station along the Anadolu Highway in Turkey escalated into violence, with two brothers sustaining gunshot wounds. The incident occurred around 2:00 PM in the Dörtdivan region.

The dispute reportedly began between A.T., a Turkish national returning from Poland in his SUV, and two brothers, O.Y. and S.Y., who were in a car behind him. While A.T. was refueling his vehicle, an argument erupted between the parties for reasons yet to be determined.

As the argument intensified, A.T. allegedly produced a firearm and shot at the two brothers. Both O.Y. and S.Y. were hit by bullets in their legs. Emergency services, including gendarmerie and medical teams, were dispatched to the scene following the incident. The injured brothers were transported to a hospital for treatment, while A.T. was taken into custody by the gendarmerie. An investigation into the shooting has been launched.
