Two intending pilgrims die in Kano road crash

The Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board is in mourning following the tragic death of two intending pilgrims, Alkasim Ibrahim Walawa and his mother, Hadiza Garba, in a devastating car accident. Alkasim Ibrahim Walawa, aged 48, and his mother, Hadiza Garba, aged 73, were indigenes of Walawa village in Kabo Local Government Area. Their passing is particularly heartbreaking given their noble intention to perform the Hajj pilgrimage. The board, in conjunction with its Board of Directors, has expressed its deepest sorrow and offered heartfelt condolences to the grieving family, praying for strength and patience during this profoundly difficult time.
