Two more suspects arrested for drone attack plot on White House UFC event

Federal authorities have arrested two more individuals in connection with a foiled plot to attack a UFC event held at the White House with explosive drones. William Lee Spartacus Falkner and Jordan W. Rincker are now facing charges of conspiracy to commit murder, bringing the total number of arrests in the case to seven. The arrests were announced by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

According to the DOJ, Falkner allegedly discussed the technical aspects of manufacturing and piloting drones intended for the attack, including the potential kill radius of explosives. "I’m pretty sure the effective kill radius is 50 meters. It will be loud, but it’ll be quick," Falkner reportedly stated. Rincker is accused of receiving $1,200 from another conspirator to distribute among participants and of exchanging equipment, including a 12-gauge shotgun, for items such as a ballistic plate, night vision goggles, and a 3D printer.

The FBI had previously thwarted the potential attack, which reportedly aimed to use explosive drones to target buildings near the UFC Freedom 250 event. Officials indicated the plan involved driving spectators into a sniper ambush and then storming the White House gates. The alleged targets included "capitalist elites," "billionaires," or politicians who had received donations from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

Investigators believe the 3D printer obtained by Rincker was intended for drone construction. However, Rincker reportedly told investigators he had never attempted to build drones and lacked the knowledge to do so. The investigation is ongoing, with authorities working to uncover the full scope of the conspiracy.
