Tyler Duckworth, a familiar face from MTV's reality competition series 'The Challenge' and 'The Real World,' has passed away at the age of 44. His mother, Joni, shared the news on Facebook on Thursday, revealing that her son died earlier in the week. The cause of death remains undetermined, pending an autopsy report. Police confirmed that officers responded to a welfare check at Duckworth's residence on Tuesday, where he was found unresponsive and pronounced deceased. Duckworth first gained recognition on 'The Real World: Key West' in 2006 before competing in multiple seasons of 'The Challenge,' including 'The Duel,' 'The Gauntlet III,' 'Cutthroat,' and 'Rivals.' He also participated in the spin-offs 'All Stars 2' and 'All Stars 3.' He achieved victory on 'The Challenge: Cutthroat' in 2010 and again on 'The Challenge: Rivals' in 2011.
