Taiwan's U17 women's volleyball team secured a dominant 3-0 victory against Venezuela in the 2026 World U17 Women's Volleyball Championship, advancing to the quarterfinals. The team showcased strong serving, with 11 aces in total, including 7 from Zhan Ziyun. Zhang Yunzhen led the offense with 19 points, supported by Chen Tingyi's 14 points. Setter Xie Chenxi, who currently leads the tournament in assists with 176 successful sets, was highlighted as a crucial, though often unseen, contributor.
