UBSI and Universitas Panca Bhakti Sign Partnership Program Agreement

Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) has expanded its network by signing a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universitas Panca Bhakti (UPB) in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The agreement, signed on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, occurred during the community service program of the Association of Professors from the Higher Education Service Institute (LLDIKTI) Region IV.

The MoU was signed by UBSI Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Mochamad Wahyudi and UPB Rector Dr. Purwanto. This collaboration is designed to bolster the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, encompassing education, research, and community service. Both institutions committed to synergy in educational delivery, joint research, community engagement, and organizing scientific seminars and workshops.

The partnership also includes human resource development and the implementation of sustainable "Kampus Berdampak" (Impactful Campus) programs. A specific Cooperation Agreement (PKS) for the "Pengabdian Profesor" (Professor Service) program was also inaugurated, creating a platform for professors and academics to share expertise and develop innovative solutions for societal benefit.

Prof. Wahyudi emphasized that the partnership with UPB is a concrete step for UBSI to build a productive and effective academic synergy. "We hope the collaboration with UPB will yield productive programs in education, research, and community service, contributing to the improvement of higher education quality and community development," he stated. He added that signing the agreement during the LLDIKTI Region IV Professors Association event held special significance, acting as a catalyst for broader academic collaboration for national progress.
