Uganda’s informal sector set to ride on success of the transport union

The Union Transport Alliance and the United Informal Sector Forum have launched a strategic partnership aimed at using their combined membership to build Uganda’s “invisible economy.”

The partnership also named Fred Ssenoga as its new product advisor. The initiative seeks to build on the transport union’s success and give the informal sector greater strength through its numbers.
