Ukraine War Online: Russian Attacks Kill at Least Seven in Ukraine

Russian missile attacks claimed at least seven lives across Ukraine overnight, with casualties reported in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the capital, Kyiv. In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a Russian Iskander-M ballistic missile struck a residential building near Kryvyi Rih, killing six people, including two children aged five and 12. Eight others were injured, with officials warning the death toll could rise.

Kyiv also experienced explosions shortly after midnight, with one person confirmed dead and several non-residential buildings catching fire. The capital's mayor urged residents to seek shelter as the military administration confirmed the attack. Air raid alerts were sounded across most Ukrainian regions, and the western city of Lviv reported six injuries and damage to two apartment buildings from missile strikes.

Meanwhile, Ukraine's military reported striking another warehouse belonging to the Russian online retailer Wildberries in Penza. The governor of the Penza region confirmed a drone attack that injured one employee and led to the evacuation of 200 others. In response to the widespread attacks, Poland, a NATO member, scrambled fighter jets and an early warning aircraft to protect its airspace.
